rr24 Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and rr24 ("Platform", "We", "rr24"). This document governs the use of the rr24 website, including all products, services, content and features available through it.

rr24 operates under a recognised international licence. By accessing or using this platform, you confirm that you understand and agree to be bound by these terms, including any updates or amendments that may be made from time to time.

2. User Eligibility

To use the rr24 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

3. Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the rr24 platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts without any refund.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including:

• An active mobile number registered in your name.
• A valid and accessible email address.
• Your actual date of birth for age verification.

rr24 is not responsible for any losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided during registration.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The rr24 platform supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM50. There is no specific maximum limit, however rr24 reserves the right to request verification for deposits of large amounts.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. All verified withdrawal requests will be processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be processed to an account registered in the same user's name.

• All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR), except for cryptocurrency transactions which are processed at the current rate.
• Withdrawals may be delayed pending identity verification or fulfilment of bonus wagering requirements.
• rr24 does not bear any fees charged by third-party payment service providers.

5. Bonus and Promotions Policy

All bonuses and promotions offered by rr24 are subject to wagering requirements and specific rules set for each offer. Users are responsible for reading the terms of each bonus before accepting it.

Welcome Bonus: rr24 offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit up to RM500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount received before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 15 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM500 → Balance RM1,700 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 15 = RM7,500

rr24 reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through improper means or system exploitation. rr24's decision in this matter is final.

6. User Responsibilities and Conduct

As a user of the rr24 platform, you agree to:

• Not use any automated software, bots, or unauthorised third-party tools to interact with the platform.
• Not engage in any form of fraud, hacking, or attempts to manipulate game outcomes.
• Not use the rr24 account for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
• Not distribute information or content that is offensive, threatening or harmful to other users.
• Keep login credentials confidential and report any unauthorised access to our support team immediately.

Violation of any of the above responsibilities may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.

7. Account Closure and Suspension

rr24 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time if a violation of these terms and conditions is found, including but not limited to:

• Confirmation that the user is under 21 years of age.
• Provision of false information during registration.
• Ownership of multiple accounts.
• Fraudulent activity or bonus exploitation.
• Use of the platform in conflict with applicable laws.

Users may also close their own account by contacting the rr24 customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal procedure currently in force.
